3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account on b333 and participate in any gaming or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years of age. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for those under 21.

By registering, the user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older. If false information regarding age is provided, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Conditions for Claiming Bonuses

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions at b333:

• A bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement specified for that particular bonus offer has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, b333 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• The contribution rate towards wagering requirements may vary by game.
• Bonus funds are never to be treated as direct cash — they only become withdrawable after the specified conditions are fulfilled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

6.2 Incorrect Odds or Technical Errors

If clearly incorrect odds, prices, or limits are displayed, b333 reserves the right to void or correct those bets. In such cases, the stake will be returned but no winnings will be paid.

6.3 Manipulation and Misconduct

If match fixing, result manipulation, or suspicious betting patterns are detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited. b333 may report such matters to the relevant authorities.

6.4 Finality of Game Results

Casino and slot game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). These results are entirely independent and not influenced by previous outcomes. The result received from the software provider's server is final.

7 User Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the b333 platform:

1. Operating games using bots, automation software, or any other artificial means.
2. Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs and failing to report them immediately.
3. Collecting other users' personal information or engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards them.

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If required documents for identity verification are not provided within the specified time.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).

8.2 Account Closure at the User's Own Request

A user may contact support at any time to request account closure. It is advisable to withdraw the account balance before closure. If wagering requirements are incomplete, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
